John and Tammy-Lee Pappano – Owners
John enjoys a wealth of experience and knowledge in both product sales and service as well as installation and construction having been involved in the industry for over 25 years. John works tirelessly to ensure that each installation is met with the same attention to detail as his own home. John provides a hands on approach to the Surface Design & Decor brand in the City of Greater Sudbury and understands the value of hard work and community.
Tammy-Lee prides herself on being involved and hands on in every facet of the Surface Design & Decor day to day operations. From answering phones to ensuring that your product arrives promptly to being a warm welcome to the store Tammy-Lee juggles a little bit of everything. With a strong background in organization and a firm grasp on the business she ensures that your time invested with Surface Design & Decor will be handled with care and attention to detail.
Olivia Ranta – Business Administrator
Olivia is a tireless business administrator taking care of all of the day to day operations at Surface Design & Decor while ensuring that customers, colleagues and partners are serviced with an attention to detail and care.
